No Cash Conversion

At WinkBC, we believe in fair play and transparent reward systems. All prizes, rewards, or bonuses offered through our platform are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of monetary compensation.
Our prizes are meant to recognize participation, performance, and engagement within the WinkBC community. They hold their value in experience, recognition, and exclusive benefits — not in cash liquidity.
By participating in any WinkBC event, contest, or activity, users agree to abide by this “No Cash Conversion” policy.

How Winners Will Be Declared

Weekly Quiz Winners

Each week, participants with the highest scores within the allowed timeframe will be considered for prizes.

Total Number of Winners

A total of 5310 winners are selected every Sunday from every 100,000 subscribers. Multiple prize tiers are included.

Selection Process

Scores are calculated based on:

• Number of correct answers
• Speed of quiz completion
• Time of participation (earlier participation may be used for tie-breaking)

In case of tie scores, the system uses timestamp + accuracy. Selection is automated and unbiased.

Announcement of Winners

Winners are announced every Sunday night after the quiz ends. Results are published on the official winners page: Winkbc.com/winners. Winners will be notified via email or SMS.

Disqualification Rules

Participants using unfair means, incorrect data, multiple registrations, or bot activity will be disqualified automatically.

Binding Arbitration

If informal negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration. You waive the right to litigate in court or participate in class actions, except for interim injunctive relief.

Submissions and Privacy

If you submit ideas, designs, or proposals, you agree those submissions are non-confidential and become winkbc.com property. Winkbc.com has no obligations regarding such submissions and may use them freely in any medium in perpetuity.

Promotions

Winkbc.com may run contests, promotions or sweepstakes. Promotions may have separate rules including age or geographic restrictions. Read Promotion Rules before entering. Additional terms may apply to purchases of goods or services and will be part of this Agreement.

Content Accuracy Disclaimer

We aim for accuracy in quiz content and information. If you find a mistake, notify support for review. Minor spelling or formatting errors may occasionally occur; they do not affect fairness or scoring and will be corrected if notified.

Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is unenforceable, the remainder stays valid. Any waiver of a provision is only valid if documented in writing and signed by an authorized representative. Winkbc.com may seek injunctive relief for breaches.

Winkbc.com manages the Service from its offices in ES. The Service is not intended for jurisdictions where access would violate local law. Users accessing from such jurisdictions are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
