Refund Policy

At WINKBC, operated by Eduweb Data Maintenance Private Limited, we value our participants and aim to provide a transparent, fair, and smooth experience for everyone joining our quiz competitions. This Refund Policy outlines the rules regarding registration fees and refunds.

Registration Fee

  • Participation in WINKBC quiz competitions requires Rs. 50/- only to register.
  • The fee amount is displayed at the time of registration and must be paid in full to secure participation.

Exceptions (Refund Allowed Only If)

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment: If the same amount is deducted multiple times due to a technical error.
  • Transaction Failure: If the payment is deducted but registration is not confirmed on WINKBC.
  • Event Cancellation: If a scheduled quiz competition is canceled by WINKBC without rescheduling.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, participants must email support@winkbc.com with payment details, proof of transaction, and registered account information.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 10–15 working days.

No Refund in Certain Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • If the participant chooses not to attend the quiz after successful registration.
  • Internet or device failure at the participant’s end.
  • Disqualification due to violation of Terms & Conditions (e.g., cheating, multiple accounts).
